Where are you based? How far would you travel?
Our headquarters are located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. You can find the exact addresses here. With the support of our on road technicians, we offer service and sales support to regional and coastal locations throughout Australia, no matter the distance from our headquarters.
What equipment do you sell?
We sell the full range of commercial and home La Marzocco machines as well as an ever changing selection of refurbished La Marzocco machines. We sell the full range of commercial and home Mahlkonig grinders. We sell the Ikawa Pro 50 and Pro 100, as well as Marco 3 button font systems, Ubermilks, Puqpresses and Wallys.
Do you service home machines?
We sure do! You can book in a service of your home machine through the La Marzocco Home’s Website here
How much power will I need for a 2 group/3 group machine?
The short answer is that it depends on the machine. All 2 group machines except for KB90’s require 20 amps of power. 2 group KB90’s require 25 amps of power. All 3 group machines require 32 amps of power.
Do the machines come in different colours, and can I customise my machine?
From the factory, the machines come in Stainless Steel, White, Black, Blue, Red and Yellow. If you’re after something more personalised, you can check out our customisation page here
What is Reverse Osmosis and why do I need it?
Reverse Osmosis is a water purification process of removing all the nasties in your water before it reaches your espresso machine. You need a reverse osmosis system in place to ensure the water that enters your machine’s boiler isn’t going to erode its internal components. We recommend and use BWT water filtration.
How often should I service my La Marzocco machine?
We recommend a minor service every 6 months and a major service every 12 months, depending on the volume of coffee you’re going through.
Do you sell refurbished La Marzocco machines? If so, which machines do you have available?
Yes, we do sell refurbished machines, you can refer to the ‘refurbished’ dropdown on our website.
Is installation included when purchasing a La Marzocco machine?
It is with our recently added new machine packages! Along with complimentary installation, we’re offering complimentary optional powdercoat and the first 12 months of services are on us! You can find our new machine packages here
Does Brewtech sell coffee?
